Risk Assessment (CCG/GP business risks)

This module provides multiple risk scores to allow prioritisation of resources for high risk Operational, Acute Care, Demographics, Needs, LTC and Patient Risk areas. The resulting reports: reports:

� Perform impact analysis for scenarios relating to CCG joiners, leavers and mergers

� Reassure all CCG members that risk management is performed

� Enable the CCG to define risk mitigation initiatives

� Identify practices that suit the profile of the existing CCG (within locality)

� Improve member support for the CCG by providing reassurance that the CCG risk is managed

� Demonstrate the risk profile of the CCG to potential member practices
